After the birth of my second child in 1985, I went to work part time at a weekly newspaper doing ad and print design. Having had no background in the field, I quickly learned about cut and paste, initially working the old Compugraphic typesetting machines and shooting halftones of photographs on an old camera...
leading up to the present-day graphic design, working in a Macintosh OSX environment including software programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Xpress, and InDesign.
